Жилой комплекс отличает харизматичное, брутальное архитектурное решение, выполненное в духе русского авангарда. Тема русского авангарда поддержана не только во внешнем облике жилого комплекса, но и в отделке парадных – их украшают репродукции Малевича, Кандинского, Бурлюка, Шагала, Гончаровой, Ларионова и других художников авангардного направления. Архитекторами проекта была подобрана сбалансированная цветовая схема укладки кирпича. В здании выделяются два контрастных фасада — темный и светлый, различные не только по цвету, но и по фактуре.
