Len" created a project of a small residential building in this area on a very interesting plot surrounded by a church of the XIX century, the development of the early 1960s and the period of the so-called Stalinist Empire. There are also buildings of Soviet constructivism, which had a strong influence on the entire world architecture. St. Petersburg is a city with rich architectural traditions and rich historical and cultural monuments, the proximity of which imposes a special responsibility on the investor and architect for the result of their work.
